按树种计算弦向、径向与体积干缩——《木材手册》2021 版式 4-9。

选择树种（16 个经验证预设：相思木、橡胶木、桉木、柚木、橡木、白蜡木、榉木、松木等）或输入自定义生材→绝干干缩率和 FSP，选定起止含水率，即得到弦向（板宽）、径向（板厚）或体积的干缩百分比与最终尺寸。高于 FSP 尺寸不变；计算时含水率会被钳制在 FSP。

## FAQ

为什么高于 FSP 木材不收缩？

高于纤维饱和点（多数树种约 30%）时细胞壁已饱和，多余的水在细胞腔里。腔内的水不改变尺寸，只有细胞壁里的结合水才影响尺寸。所以含水率降到 FSP 以下木材才开始收缩——这正是窑干工把家具用材目标含水率定在远低于 FSP 的原因。

弦向和径向哪个更大？

弦向（横跨生长轮、沿弦切板板宽）总是大于径向（沿木射线、横跨板厚）。典型比例是弦向为径向的 1.5–2 倍。橡木为 10.5% 对 5.6%（WH 表 4-3/4-4）；辐射松为 3.9% 对 2.1%（生材→12% MC）。

宽度和厚度怎么一起算？

算两次：一次按板宽取弦向，一次按板厚取径向。G3 汇总页的板材干缩体量视图可以一次算完，再加上纵向干缩（通常可忽略，约 0.1–0.3%）给出体积变化。刨光余量（每面 2.4–3 mm）另计——见毛料尺寸计算器。
