# 鋸の送り速度：送り速度（フィード）の求め方

鋸の送り速度 = 1刃当たりの噛み込み × 刃数 × RPM。丸のことバンドソーで、焦がしや荷重不足なしに送り速度を計算する方法。

## 送り速度の式

送り速度 vf は1刃当たりの噛み込み（fz）× 刃数（z）× ブレード速度（n）です。vf = fz × z × n。丸のこではmm/minで出るので、m/minにするには1,000で割ります。

## 計算例

4,000 rpm、24枚刃、1刃当たりの噛み込み0.05 mmの場合：vf = 0.05 × 24 × 4,000 = 4,800 mm/min ≈ 4.8 m/min。硬材や高密度のパネルは噛み込みを小さく、軟材は大きくします。

## 送りが誤っているときのサイン

遅すぎると焦げ、刃面の焼き付き（グレージング）、切れ味の低下 — 刃が切らずに擦っています。速すぎるとモーターの過負荷、切り線の横ぶれ、切断面の荒れ。きれいな切くずと一定のモーター音が出ていれば送りは適正です。

## バンドソー

バンドソーでは1刃当たりの噛み込み、1 mあたりの歯数、ブレード速度（m/min）で考えます。vf = fz × 1 mあたりの歯数 × ブレード速度。例：噛み込み0.05 mm、6歯/cm、ブレード速度700 m/min → 送り ≈ 21 m/min。

## ルーターとフライス盤の送り
