1. Nature of the service

NestingCalc provides free browser-based calculators for cutting and nesting estimation. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

2. Verify before you cut

Cutting plans and totals produced by the calculators are estimates. Material dimensions, saw setup and kerf vary in practice. Always verify the plan against your material before cutting; you are responsible for the results of your work.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, wasted material, or losses arising from the use of the calculators.

4. Intellectual property

The site design, text and code are protected by copyright. You may print and use generated cutting plans for your own work, commercial or private.

5. Changes

We may change or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
